VIP Review: Club 708 can accommodate up to 1500 people. The club features 3 dance floors (2 Hip Hop/ R&B + 1 House), 4 bars (2 top bars + 2 dance floor bars) and a full time kitchen. The club has 4 levels and features a full runway and stage along with a complete lighting system. This club also features a game room and pool hall downstairs.

VIP Review: The Mark, which is replacing the downtown Karma club, is scheduled to open Monday night. It was originally set to open last month, but that was delayed 3 weeks by a fire in an adjacent building that cut power, said general manager Pablo Henderson. “It'll be worth the wait,” he promises. “In direct contact to Karma, the Mark caters more to watching and being watched. The décor is brighter, more modern. The venue is a lot more lounge oriented in design.” It will target a bit older crowd than Karma and will have a nonsmoking area.
